Telecontrol with the "ST7" protocol
In the following example the RTU communicates using the telecontrol protocol SINAUT ST7.
For secure communication, the RTU uses the transport protocol "MSCsec".
The figure includes two alternative connections:
● RTU3010C with connection via the Internet
● RTU3030C with connection via mobile wireless and Internet
A connection via LAN or only via the Internet would also be possible.
