Troubleshooting

Problem
I cannot pair the
Sensor Device
with the Philips
NightBalance
app and the
Sensor Device
shows the
following screen:
The Sensor
Device is not
turning ON,
or shows the
following screen:

Troubleshooting
Why it happened
Bluetooth on your
smartphone is
switched OFF
The Philips
NightBalance app
is not ready to pair.
The smartphone
and Sensor Device
are not within
reach.
The battery is
empty.
What to do
Enable Bluetooth on your
smartphone.
Follow the instructions in the
app. Initiate pairing on the
Sensor Device only if the app
indicates to do so. See page 12.
Keep the smartphone and
Sensor Device within reach (1m)
of eachother
Place the Sensor Device on the
powered Docking Station. After
a few hours, the Sensor Device
should be fully charged. See
page 13, 14, and 25.
