Setting the Maximum History Entries value to the high end of the range uses more CTC memory
and could impair CTC performance.
This task changes the maximum history entries recorded for CTC sessions. It does not affect the
maximum number of history entries viewable for a network, node, or card.
Use this task to change the timestamp for events to the timezone of the
ONS node reporting the alarm. By default, the events timestamp is set to
the timezone for the CTC workstation.
