Disconnect equipment under test from mains!
•
Press one test tip against earthing contact of equipment under test (or connect it to
•
protective contact of three-phase plug). Press another test tip against exposed metallic
part of equipment under test (Fig. 3).
Press the START key to start measurement. Measurement starts to run and the results
•
are currently displayed. Symbol „ " indicates, that measurement is running.
Release the START key again to stop the measurement. The lowest measured
•
resistance will be displayed. This value is automatically written to the buffer, too.

4.2. Voltage drop 10 A and earth bond 10 A

Make sure tested equipment is deenergized – its mains voltage must be
•
disconnected before starting the measurement!
If you are going to test equipment which can be charged to voltage > 25V (e.g.
•
filter capacitors), discharge it before test!
