data error 3 (The servo amplifier not receiving) (16.3).
For the encoder cable communication method, refer to
section 11.1.2.

internal speed control mode.
In the internal speed control mode, the servo motor
shaft can be locked to prevent the shaft from being
moved by the external force.
0: Valid (Servo-locked)

The stop position is not maintained.
