Step 2 Setting the date and time
The year changes as follows:
1995 T· · · · t 2002 T · · · · t 2079
If you do not set the date and time
"--- -- ----" "--:--:--" is recorded on the data code
of the tape and "Memory Stick".
Note on the time indicator (GV-D1000 only)
The internal clock of your VCR operates on a
12-hour cycle.
• 12:00 AM stands for midnight.
• 12:00 PM stands for noon.
Note on the time indicator (GV-D1000E only)
The date indicator displays "4 7 2002".
The internal clock of your VCR operates on a
24-hour cycle.
