Then, simply press for approximately one second until the green light comes on and the phone beeps. Now you’re ready to make a call. -

To activate the key guard, press and hold the dial while the phone is in standby. The keypad will be disabled and the backlight and key beeps will be turned off until the key guard is deactivated. -
