For mounting of the primary side, use the hexagon socket head cap screw (material is SCM435 and the lower yield point is

900 N/mm or more).
The power lead wires, grounding lead wires, and thermistor lead wires are for fixed wiring. Securely fix it to the structure.
Minimum bending radius of the cable is recommended to be six times or more (reference value) than the standard overall
diameter of the cable. Select the cable used for the moving part considering the speed of linear servo motor and the flexing
radius.
