Failure Isolation and Remedy
Check software version and
See MSL-related problems
Replace integrated module slot
reconnect or replace cable
Failure Isolation and Remedy
Enable the correct printer in the
Setup Printers menu
Change paper size of the printer
in the Setup Printers menu or
change paper size of the report in
the Setup Reports menu.
Switch on printer power
fill printer paper tray
Check cabling
replace I/O board
Print a test report on the Philips
Information center. If this fails,
refer to Philips Information
Center documentation
Check that the network
connection between the monitor
and the Philips Information
Center is working
