Troubleshooting

Problem
The normal display does
not appear in the display
window of the ICU
controller.
No image is displayed on
the screen.
A part of the image on the
screen is not displayed.
If you think you have a problem during operation, check through the
following list.
Cause
ICU is not turned on.
Screen is not turned on.
The power of the image output
equipment is turned off.
Image output equipment is not
properly connected.
A JumboTron display unit or cell
is defective.
The JumboTron display units are
not connected properly.
For the maintenance and adjustment of the JumboTron System, consult
with qualified Sony service personnel.
Corrective action
Press the POWER switch on the ICU to ON.
Hold down the ICU button on the ICU controller for more than
a second to turn on the light of the button.
Turn on the power distribution panel which supplies the
power to the screen.
Hold down the SCREEN button for more than a second to
turn on the light of the button.
Turn it on.
Check the connections.
Consult with qualified Sony service personnel.
Check the connection between the units and the ICU.
