If a HAYGAIN HG-GO unit produced a loud pop and emitted smoke after starting, it may indicate an electrical or steam-related issue. The following parts should be checked or replaced:
1. Power cable and cable restraint (F) – Inspect for damage or burns. 2. Power switch (G) – Check if it is functioning properly. 3. Heating indicator light (J) – Ensure it is operational. 4. Steam generator – Look for overheating or internal failures. 5. Safety cap (H) – Verify if pressure was properly regulated. 6. Steam hose (A) – Check for blockages or leaks. 7. Connector for hay bag (C) – Inspect for steam leaks or wear.
If the issue persists, professional servicing may be required.
