ENGINE IDLE SPEED

Refer to the Safety Precautions on page 38.
The engine must be at normal operating
temperature
for
adjustment. 10 minutes of stop-and-go
riding is sufficient.
1. Warm up the engine, and place the
vehicle on its center stand.
2. Connect a tachometer to the engine.
3. Adjust idle speed with the "Throttle
Stop Screw" (1).
Idle speed (In neutral) :
1,700 ± 100 min
(1) Throttle Stop Screw

WHEEL REMOVAL

Refer to the Safety Precautions on Page 38.
Front Wheel Removal
1. Place the vehicle on its center stand.
2. Raise the front wheel off the ground by
pressing from rear side.
3. Remove the "Front Fork Cover" (1) from
both side by removing "Screw" (2).
4. Remove the "Speedometer Cable" (3)
by pushing the "Tab" (4).
5. Remove "Adjusting Nut A" (5), "Adjusting
Nut B" (6) and
(7), "Combi Brake Cable" (8) from the
"Brake Arm" (9).
6. Remove the "Front Axle Nut" (10).
7. Remove the "Front Axle Shaft" (11),
"Collar" (12) and the wheel.
