The data recorded in the PC card is flawed.
The PC card was removed while being accessed from the
computer.
When the hour glass mark is being displayed during
accessing, the power/access lamp blinks. Allow ample time
after the lamp stops blinking before removing the PC card.
The PC card cannot be inserted all the way into the PC
Card Adaptor.
Some foreign object is lodged in the card slot of the PC Card
Adaptor.
Remove the foreign object.
Damage may occur to the internal connector in this case.
