Detailed list of the network parameters
Network parameters are used to set IP addresses and others which are necessary to connect with the controllers and the
other network equipment. In this chapter, outline of the network parameters and each of the setting contents are explained.
The network function of the servo amplifier is set with the network parameters. The network parameters are stored in the non-
volatile memory in the servo amplifier, and are set for the initial value in the factory setting. Change the settings as necessary.
Refer to the following for the setting methods.

Restrictions
Depending on the model of the motion module, servo amplifier software version, and MR Configurator2 software version,
some of the network parameters and the range cannot be set. Refer to the Mitsubishi Electric FA site for the latest software
version of MR Configurator2.
In addition, the software version of the servo amplifier can be checked with MR Configurator2, objects, or others.
Precautions
Do not change the network parameter settings as described below. Doing so may cause an unexpected condition, such as
failing to start up the servo amplifier.
• Changing the values of the network parameters for manufacturer setting.
• Setting a value outside the range
• Changing the fixed value in each digit
Network parameters are enabled at the same time as the changes are made. For parameters which may fail communication
by changing the setting one by one, confirm the setting orders before changing the setting.
Some of the network parameters support SLMP communication. For example, SLMP command (IPAddressSet) are written to
the IP addresses of the network parameters.
