Recording an Instruction Menu Message for a Call Routing Mailbox
Options
● Dial 0 for recorded help in any menu or sub-menu.

[Copy]
Select the Instruction Menu Message Copy option.
Enter the number of the Call Routing Mailbox from which you
want to copy the Instruction Menu Message.
[Erase]
Erase the recording.
[Back] Go to another Call Routing Mailbox.
[Back] Go back to the System Administrator options.
• Alternately dial # .
Cancel the recording and erase the current Instruction
Menu Message.
Erase the currently recorded message.
• Alternately dial
• Alternately dial C (2).
• The voice prompts will let you know when the Instruction
Menu Message copy is complete.
• Alternately dial (3).
