Because it uses radio waves, you’ll never need to point this remote at the equipment.

  • Page 5 Parts Remote Room Wall Panel Select buttons. These eight buttons select menu items presented on the LCD display. For example, you can select sources from a menu of sources, CDs from a menu of CD titles, and DVDs from a menu of DVD titles, etc.

    3. The NHS-1000 system can be configured for as few as two and as many as six Remote Rooms. Touch the 1-6 button to cycle through control for Remote Rooms 1 through 6. Your choice of rooms will be confirmed buy the ZONE indication in the LCD status display.

When the "low battery" on-screen icon appears in the LCD window, recharge the battery by inserting into the cradle, as shown. The cradle should be plugged into a standard AC power outlet.

NOTE: As with other infrared remote controls, you'll get the best results when you point the IR Remote Commander unit at the units you're controlling, which will be the In-Wall Keypad and the room television.
