    Connecting to Other Equipment By connecting the player to your TV or other equipment, you can increase your viewing options. • Refer to the instructions supplied with the equipment to be connected. • Before connecting, turn off the player and the equipment to be connected, then unplug from their wall sockets.

    Parental Control You can limit playback of a DVD that has the parental control function. When you operate this setting, use the remote. ◆ Password (DVD VIDEO only) Enter or change a password. Set the password for the parental control function. Enter your 4-digit password using the number buttons.
