XU - Perform these procedures more often for vehicles subjected to severe use.
D - Have an authorized Polaris dealer or other qualified person perform these
services.
When the vehicle goes beyond 500 hours / 5000 miles, return to the 25 hours /
250 mile chart and start the interval process over.

INSPECT PAD WEAR
Inspect for wear, routing, security; inspect
connectors subjected to water, mud, etc.
Inspect; clean; replace worn parts
Inspect; replace as needed
Change shock oil and inspect seals
Change every two years (DOT 4)
Clean daily if driven in mud / water; replace a
damaged arrestor before operating
Inspect; replace as needed
Inspect; adjust as needed
Replace; torque to specification
Replace coolant
Inspect periodically; adjust when parts are
replaced
