When to call Waters Technical Service
You can correct many problems with a Alliance e2695 Separations Module relatively easy.
However, if you cannot correct a condition, contact Waters Technical Service. When you do,
have the following information available:

Separations module serial number (located behind the syringe access door)
•
Detector model number and serial number

Flow rate

Operating pressure
•
Mobile phase(s)

Detector settings (sensitivity and wavelength)

•
Sample type
•
Control mode (Empower Chromatography Data Software, System Controller, No
interaction, other)
