a. .003" - .015" Space/Backspace.
b. .003" - .010" Carrier Return/Index.
c. .003" - .015" Tab or Wordmark.

Adjust the Intermediate Lever adjusting screw to ob-
tain .005" - .015" between the B/S Rack and B/S
Pawl with all parts at rest. This adjustment is used to
position the Backspace Rack at rest. It MUST NOT
be used t9 determine the throw of the backspace rack .
