Outside Lines
An RJ-61 connector is authorized by the FCC for connection of CO lines.
The lines are connected in sequence in this termination block. Therefore,
the lines must be ordered in the appearance order best suited to the user.

about the MDF Connector Assembly Cable positions, the cable number,
and lead functions.
Ground Start and/or Loop Start, Loop Dial, DID/OPX, E&M Tie lines, and E1
trunks can be connected to this system. Using only twisted-pair wiring to
cross connect the lines from the RJ-61 termination block to the MDF is
recommended.
