Installation

To install the GCD-PRTA:

Plug the GCD-PRTA into any universal slot in the chassis.

Use Program 10-51-01 (PRI/T1/E1) to set the GCD-PRTA blade to

either PRI or T1 or E1.

Connect the cable from the NT1 Network Termination cable to the

CN2 connector on the GCD-PRTA.

With normal operation, LED 1 flashes green.

With PRI Networking, a crossover cable must be

used on the master system PRI/T1/E1 blade or

NT1to the telco demarcation. If the systems are

networked side by side and not through telco, a

straight-through cable is used.
