Workstation light assembly installation

Conversion requires the spare part set
1 687 010 546.
1. Remove the clips (Fig. 144, item 4) from the mounts
(Fig. 144, item 2).
2. Attach both mounts (Fig. 144, items 2) to the
mounting plate (Fig. 144, item 1) with large washers
(A4.3 x 12) and self-locking hex nuts (M4).
3. Place the work light (Fig. 144, item 3) into the
mounts (Fig. 144, item 2).
4. Clip the clips (Fig. 144, item 4) onto the mounts.
5. Turn the work light so that the LEDs point upward
at 45°.

6. Attach the workstation light to the protective hood
with washers and self-locking hex nuts (M5).

7. Route the power supply cable of the workstation
light and plug it into the mains.
8. Secure the power supply cable using a cable tie.
9. Switch on the EPS 708 using the master switch
10. Check the illumination quality. The illumination can
be adjusted by turning the light fixture.

Changing the light fixture of the
workstation light
6.41.1
Light fixture removal
1. Switch off the EPS 708 at the main switch.
2. Open the protective hood.
3. Unplug the mains plug for the workstation light.
4. Remove the cable tie securing the power supply
cable for the workstation light.
5. Remove both clips (see Fig. 144, item 4). During this
operation, hold the light fixture in place.

Light fixture installation
1. Place the light fixture into the mount and secure it
with both clips.
2. Route the power supply cable of the workstation
light and plug it into the mains.
3. Secure the power supply cable using a cable tie.
4. Switch on the EPS 708 using the master switch
5. Check the illumination quality. The illumination can
be adjusted by turning the light fixture.
