SIM card and battery information Always turn off the phone and detach the charger before you insert or remove a SIM card. It may take up to 30 minutes before the battery icon appears when charging. Getting to know your phone Press and hold to activate the camera and video recorder. Press to take a picture or to record a video clip. In standby, press and hold to call your voicemail service. In standby, press and hold any of these keys to reach a contact beginning with a specific letter.

Imaging To adjust brightness Press to increase or decrease brightness. Taking pictures with the phone closed You can take pictures in two ways: either with the phone closed, or open. With the phone closed, the external display works as a viewfinder. The camera (when used with the phone closed) is deactivated 15 seconds after you last press a button.
Camera options When the camera is activated press more options. All phones that support pictures can receive the picture size 160x120. Some phones that support pictures cannot receive the picture sizes 640x480 and 1280x1024. The best picture size to view on a computer is 1280x1024.
Imaging Saving pictures and video clips When you have taken a picture or recorded a video clip, the phone automatically saves it. Pictures that Camera pictures you take are saved in the subfolder, and clips you record are saved in the Cam.

MusicDJ™ You can compose and edit melodies to use as ringtones using the MusicDJ™. A melody consists of four types of blocks – Drums, Basses, Chords and Accents. A track contains a number of music blocks. The blocks consist of pre-arranged sounds with different characteristics.
Entertainment Sound recorder With the sound recorder, you can record either your own memos or calls. Recorded sounds can also be set as ringtones. Recording of a conversation is stopped if a participant ends the call. Recording of all sounds stops automatically if you receive a call.
