    These are the original version controlled Henny Penny instructions for Multipurpose Holding Cabinet (MPC) Model MPC - 554, 1L, and 22. This manual is available on the Henny Penny Public website (www.hennypenny.com). Read these instructions completely prior to installation and operation of this appliance to ensure compliance to all required installation, operation and safety standards.
  • Page 5 During this time, any frypot that fails due to manufacturing or workmanship issues will be replaced at no charge for parts, labor, or freight. Henny Penny will either install a new frypot at no cost or provide a new or reconditioned replacement fryer at no cost.

INTRODUCTION This mode records historic information on the holding cabinet and operator performance, which could help in troubleshooting a problem. 2-2. ACCESSING SPECIAL PROGRAMMING MODE To access Special Programming Mode, perform the following procedure: 1.
