E416
compressor discharge temperature high. See E251
E425 – phase power rotation error you get this if you put 3
phase pcb in a single phase unit

E440

This is a very unusual fault that is unlikely to
ever come up. This will only appear on the
outdoor unit when there is a heating request
when the outdoor temperature is above
30C. If you do get the fault it will disappear
as soon as the outdoor temperature sensor
picks up a reading of less than 30C. If the
outside temperature is less than 30C but
the temperature sensor is reading more check if the sensor is place where it could be
exposed to higher temperatures. If everything looks normal with the sensor, then it could be
faulty.

E441

This is the reverse of E440. This error occurs when the unit is in cooling mode and is being
asked to cool when the temperature is below 5C. It is even more unlikely that this fault would
appear as the units should have the cooling function disabled at commissioning. If the cooling
system had not been disabled that an end user would need to know this and use the cooling
function when the outside temperature was less than 5C for this error to appear. The error will
clear once the temperature rises above 5 degrees. If this fault occurs when there is no cooling
function on the unit, a new heating run signal will clear the fault
