If t he p retest p asses, t he t esting s equence s tarts. T he t ester w ill p ut a r eference v oltage t hrough
each p in a nd m easure t he b ehaviour o f t he t ested r ail. I f a d evice i s o kay, t he t est w ill b e
completed i n a round 2 0-­‐30 s econds. E very f aulty r ail w ill h owever t ake l onger t o t est ( up t o 1 5
seconds p er r ail) a s t he t ester g ives e ach r ail t he c hance t o s ettle a nd p ass b efore f ailing i t.
Battery P resence T est
This t est c hecks f or b attery p resence.
This is not a real battery test, so this test will not tell you if the battery is
good or bad. It can only find disconnected or completely discharged
batteries. A lso, s ome m odels -­‐ m ainly i Pads -­‐ a re n ot s upported.
