Operational Safety Guidelines
Ensure all ventilation surfaces have unrestricted air movement.
Turn the radio off when charging the battery, unless the manual states
This equipment is not suitable for outdoor use. Use in dry locations/

must comply with the types and ratings specified in the equipment
Disconnect from line voltage by removing plug.
The plug should be easily accessible and removeable from the supply.
Maximum ambient temperature around the charger must not exceed
40 °C (104 °F).
Output power from the power supply unit must not exceed the ratings
stated on the product label located on the bottom of the charger.
Ensure cables are located where they will not be stepped on, tripped
over, or subjected to water, damage or stress.
Ensure that the unit and cables are checked regularly for damage.
