information storage area' (Un\G8193 to Un\G8320).
■Check of the alarm signal area
The number of slave modules having an error is stored in 'Number of the alarm IDs' (Un\G9984) and the ID information is
stored in 'Alarm ID information storage area' (Un\G9985 to Un\G10112).
