Access Control Using ADEMCO PassPoint ACS)

The VISTA-120 interfaces with the PassPoint ACS via
the VISTA Gateway Module (PTVGM). The PTVGM is
connected between the ECP bus (keypad terminals) of
the control and the network bus of the PassPoint ACS.
The control sends the PTVGM its status information,
event log entries, and entry/exit requests (inputs
programmed with response type Access Point) from
keypads, hardwired zones, and RF transmitters. The
PTVGM then reformats and retransmits this
information to the Main Logic Board, (MLB) on the
PassPoint ACS network bus.
Wiring the VISTA Gateway Module
The VISTA Gateway Module is connected between the
ECP bus, (VISTA-120 keypad terminals) and the
network bus of the PassPoint Access Control System.
See Figure 3-36 for the proper wiring connections:
