4) Screw-on (turn clockwise) the Mounting Nut (E) to secure the Rear Grill (F) to the Motor Housing (H). 5) Attach the Fan Blade (D) to the Motor Shaft (G) by aligning the slots on the Fan Blade (D) with the bars on each side of the Motor Shaft (G). -
