Chapter 6 VRR P10 Installation Process

This chapter mainly introduces the installation process of the VRR P10 products and
guides the customer to install the products correctly. The VRR P10 products generally
adopt two installation methods: stacking and hanging, which are described in detail in
this chapter.

6.1 Power Cable Connection

6.1.1 Power Distribution Cabinet
Each VRR P10 display requires a power distribution cabinet. The company provides
customers with a variety of power distribution cabinets. It also customizes the
matching power distribution cabinets for specific projects. The installation and
connection of the power distribution cabinets can be referenced. Supporting relevant
instructions.
6.1.2 Cabinet Power Cable
The power cascade between the two cabinets has a wire size of 3*2.5mm2, one for
the parent aviation head and one for the male aviation head.
6.1.3 Main Power Cable
Connect the power cable between the cabinet and the power distribution cabinet. The
cable size is 3*2.5mm2. One end is connected to the power input port of the cabinet
and the other end is connected to the power distribution cabinet.
The maximum current of the aviation head used on the VRR P10 product cabinet is
20A. To avoid the safety problems such as overheating and fire, the total current of
the cascaded main power supply must be <20*0.8=16A, VRR P10 The display
operating voltage range is 100-240V AC, the cabinet power consumption is about
720W. Under different input voltage conditions, the main power cord carries the
cabinet. The quantity is different. Please refer to Table 6-1 for the specific quantity:
