OPERATING PROCEDURES & MAINTENANCE Unpacking your Wine Cooler 1) Remove the exterior and interior packaging. 2) Make sure that all the parts listed below are included with your wine cooler. 5 removable wine racks 1 flat type half shelf 1 (staggered) lower shelf 3) It is advisable to clean the inside of the Wine Cooler with lukewarm water using a mild detergent and a soft cloth, and then to dry it thoroughly prior to use. -

OPERATING PROCEDURES & MAINTENANCE Cleaning Your Wine Cooler 1) Turn the temperature control to “0”, unplug the unit, and remove the bottles and shelves. 2) Wash the inside with a damp warm cloth containing water and baking soda solution. The solution should be about two tablespoons of baking soda to 1 quart (32 oz) of water. 3) Wash the shelves with a mild detergent solution. -
