    OPERATING PROCEDURES & MAINTENANCE Cleaning Your Wine Cooler 1) Turn the temperature control to “0”, unplug the unit, and remove the bottles and shelves. 2) Wash the inside with a damp warm cloth containing water and baking soda solution. The solution should be about two tablespoons of baking soda to 1 quart (32 oz) of water. 3) Wash the shelves with a mild detergent solution.
