voltage decreases). When it is in the
low voltage mode, the K-ACT system
does not function, but the ABS func-
tions. The ignition switch is turned off
to recover the K-ACT system. At this
time, the battery must be in the nor-
mal condition. If the low voltage
mode continues, you should have
the K-ACT ABS checked by an au-
thorized Kawasaki dealer.
When the battery voltage is low, the
K-ACT ABS mode may not be able
to be changed. The ignition switch
must be turned off to recover the
function.
K-ACT ABS mode indicators (mode
1/mode 2) displayed on multifunction
meter go off if K-ACT function is sus-
pended (for example, low battery
mode etc.).
GENERAL INFORMATION
Economical Riding Indicator
When riding the motorcycle effi-
ciently, the economical riding indicator
appears on the multifunction meter to
indicate favorable fuel consumption.
Monitoring the economical riding indi-
cator can help the rider maximize fuel
efficiency.
