Note 1: When SET 8.3=1, the Programmer Controller will initiate the SV value to the
current PV value. It will be more energy efficient, and also decreases the time needed to
achieve the desired SV value. The remaining time left to reach the SV value will be
shown in the parameter "TIMR". Hence the time of countdown is related to the PV value,
not related to segment setting.
