Problem
The compressor does not
start immediately after
pressing the "FastFreeze"
or "FastCool", or after
changing the temperature.
Water flows inside the re‐
frigerator.
Water flows on the floor.
Temperature cannot be
set.
DEMO appears on the dis‐
play.
The temperature in the ap‐
pliance is too low/too high.
Possible cause
This is normal, no error
has occurred.
Food products prevent
the water to flow into the
water collector.
The water outlet is clog‐
ged.
The melting water outlet
is not connected to the
evaporative tray above
the compressor.
The "FastFreeze func‐
tion" or "FastCool func‐
tion" is switched on.
The appliance is in dem‐
onstration mode.
The temperature regula‐
tor is not set correctly.
The door is not closed
correctly.
The food products' tem‐
perature is too high.
Many food products are
stored at the same time.
The door has been
opened often.
The "FastFreeze func‐
tion" or "FastCool func‐
tion" is switched on.
There is no cold air circu‐
lation in the appliance.
Solution
The compressor starts after
a period of time.
Make sure that food prod‐
ucts do not touch the rear
plate.
Clean the water outlet.
Attach the melting water out‐
let to the evaporative tray.
Switch off "FastFreeze func‐
tion" or "FastCool function"
manually, or wait until the
function resets automatically
to set the temperature. Refer
to "FastFreeze function" or
"FastCool function".
Keep the Mode pressed for
approximately 10 seconds
until a long sound is heard
and display shuts off for a
short time.
Set a higher/lower tempera‐
ture.
Refer to "Closing the door".
Let the food products tem‐
perature decrease to room
temperature before storage.
Add less food products at
the same time.
Open the door only if neces‐
sary.
Refer to "FastFreeze func‐
tion" or "FastCool function".
Make sure that there is cold
air circulation in the appli‐
ance.
