Description
Use it to enable/disable settings in the event of a transfer fault
caused by a fault in the potential sensor.
- Use it as a tentative remedy until the potential sensor is
replaced.

Use it to make settings in relation to transfer faults caused by a
fault in the potential sensor.
- The setting will be valid only when F-POT-SW is set to '1'.
- The degree of separation current may be 0>1>2.
