Deleting an account

Additional information
All e-mails in the Inbox, the Drafts and the
Sent folders and all attachments belonging
to the deleted account are deleted.
Editing an account
The account settings are grouped in
the following areas: User Info, Con-
nection Info and Message prefer-
ence. Additionally you can add/cre-
ate a signature.
Edit the account according to the
information from your provider.

Delete.
Confirm warning request.
Select account.

Edit.

You can edit the following fields:
Your name:
Your name.
E-mail
Your e-mail address

Reply-to
Additional e-mail address

to use for replies.
User ID:
Your login name for the
e-mail server.
Password:
Your password for the
e-mail server.
Connection info
You can configure accounts with
two different receive server types:
POP3 and IMAP4. The configured
accounts may have different server
types.
You can edit the following fields:
Data service
Select connection profile
provider:
(page 120).
Receive
Select POP3/IMAP4.
server type:
POP3 server:
If you want to use a POP3
server, enter the Internet
address of the receive
server or leave the input
field empty.
POP3 server
Enter the port number of
port:
the POP3 receive server
(default: 110).
