Talking
To talk, press and hold the

selected channel. When you are finished talking, release

For maximum transmitted sound clarity, hold the radio two to three inches away
from your mouth and speak directly into the microphone.
Monitor
Pressing
will allow you to listen to the current channel as long as you hold
down that button.
Listening
When your T5MP3 is in two-way standby mode, the speaker automatically will
un-mute the speaker if it receives a signal on a frequency that matches selected
channel. While receiving, the LED indicates that the channel is busy.
Sending a Call Tone
A call tone alerts others that you want to talk. To send out a call tone to other
radios in your group, press

Selecting a Call Tone
