■ Supported file formats and protocols

Nokia Home Music supports the following:
• Audio file formats: AAC, AAC+, LPCM, WAV, MP3, WMA9, MP4, M4A,
3GP, WMA BASE, WMA FULL
• Playlist formats: PLS, M3U, ASX, ASF
• Streaming protocols: WMA Streaming (WMS, MMS) , RTSP/RTP (TCP),
HTTP Streaming, Shoutcast
However, the device does not necessarily support all the variations of
these formats. For the latest list, see www.nokia.com/support or your local
Nokia website.

■ Digital rights management

Content owners may use different types of digital rights management
(DRM) technologies to protect their intellectual property, including
copyrights. This device uses various types of DRM software to access
DRM-protected content. With this device you can access content
protected with Cardea DRM (WMDRM-ND). If certain DRM software fails
to protect the content, content owners may ask that such DRM software's
ability to access new DRM-protected content be revoked. Revocation may
also prevent renewal of such DRM-protected content already in your
device. Revocation of such DRM software does not affect the use of
