Common Settings

Displaying your Walkman information

Display information on your Walkman, such as the model name and system software version.

Limiting the volume

You can use AVLS (Automatic Volume Limiter System) to limit the maximum volume.

Setting the operation sound

You can change the operation sounds of your Walkman.

Setting the screen off timer

You can set the time after which the screen is turned off when there are no operations. You can preserve battery power by
setting this to a shorter time.

Adjusting the screen brightness

You can set the screen brightness to one of five levels. You can preserve battery power by setting this to a lower level.

Setting a photo as wallpaper

You can set your desired photo as the wallpaper.

Setting the date and time

Set the date and time when you purchase a new Walkman, or if you have not used your Walkman for a prolonged period and
the date and time have been reset.

Setting the date display format

You can change the date format for displaying the current date.

Setting the time display format

You can change the time format for displaying the current time.

Resetting to the factory settings

Reset your Walkman to the default settings.
