    2. Consigli utili 2.1 Le pentole Utilizzare solo pentole e padelle con un fondo robusto, piano e possibilmente spesso. Ciò vale in particolar modo per le cotture che sfruttano alte temperature, come le fritture. Fondi di pentole con superfici non omogenee au- mentano considerevolmente i tempi di cottura ed il consumo di energia.

    3. Pulizia e manutenzione Pulire il piano di cottura dopo ogni uso, attendendo prima che si sia raffreddato. Anche i più piccoli residui di sporco si carbonizzano al riscaldamento successivo.     2. Ce à quoi vous devez faire attention 2.1 Quelques conseils concernant les récipients N'utilisez que des casseroles ou des poêles à fond résistant, plat et aussi épais que possible. Ceci vaut en parti- culier pour les cuissons à températures élevées, telles que les fritures. Les fonds bosselés rallongent le temps de cuisson et augmentent la consommation d'énergie.

    2. Things to watch out for 2.1 Notes on the right types of saucepans Use only pots and pans with bottoms that are firm, even and as thick as possible. This applies particularly to cooking with high temperatures, e.g. deep-frying. Uneven bottoms extend cooking times and increase energy consumption.

    3. Cleaning and maintenance Always clean the hob after it has cooled down. Even the slightest amount of dirt will burn into the surface the next time you switch it on. Use only recommended cleaners. Steel wool, cleaning sponges and abrasive powders scratch the surface.

    4. Fitting 4.1 Worktop cut-out Carry out all cutting out of furniture units and worktops before fitting the appliance, and remove all sawdust and chips. The dimensions of the worktop recess can be seen in the dimension drawing (figs. 1+2). The cut sections should be sealed with a water-repellent protection paint.

Om langdurig plezier van uw apparaat te hebben, verzoeken wij u speciale aandacht te besteden aan de hoofd- stukken 2 en 3 van deze gebruiksaanwijzing. Bediening 1.1 Uw nieuwe kookplaat met Touch-Control-bediening Deze handleiding geldt het type SE 2631 TC. 1.2 Touch-Control-bedieningsveld Na het inschakelen van de voedingsspanning (aansluiting op het net) vindt eerst een zelftest van de besturing plaats, die door een korte signaaltoon wordt afgesloten.   • Page 28 Kookstoot De kookzone met de kookzonetoets bedienen en kookstand 9 kiezen. Daarna met de plustoets de kookstoot inschakelen. De kookstandweergave selt tijdens de aankooktijd voortdurend tussen het teken „A” (kookstoot) en de ingestelde kookstand. Nu kan men voor het verdere koken een niveau tussen 1 en 8 kiezen. Indien men echter op kookstand 9 blijft zonder een doorkookstand 1-8 te kiezen, wordt de kookstoot na 10 seconden automatisch uit- geschakeld.
  • Page 29 2. Waarop u moet letten 2.1 Enkele tips m.b.t. de pannen Gebruik alleen potten en pannen met een stevige, vlakke en zo dik mogelijke bodem. Dat geldt vooral voor het koken op hoge temperaturen, bijv. frituren. Oneffen bodems verlengen de bereidingstijden en verhogen het ener- gieverbruik.

    3. Reiniging en onderhoud Maak de afgekoelde kookplaat telkens na gebruik schoon. Zelfs de geringste verontreiniging bakt bij het volgende inschakelen vast. Gebruik alleen maar de aanbevolen reinigingsmiddelen. Staalwol, schuursponsjes en poedervormige producten veroorzaken krassen. Ovenspray is niet geschikt omdat ze agressief is en de kookplaat aantast.
  • Page 31 4. Montage 4.1 Uitzagen van het aanrechtblad Alle uitsnijdingen in meubelen of in het aanrechtblad voor het inzetten van de apparaten uitvoeren en spaanders verwijderen. De maten voor de uitsparingen in het aanrechtblad vindt u op de maat- tekening (afb. 1+2). De snijvlakken dienen met een waterwerende beschermlaag te wor- den verzegeld.

Damit Sie lange Zeit Freude an Ihrem Kochfeld haben, beachten Sie bitte besonders die Kapitel 2 und 3 in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung. Diese Gebrauchsanweisung gilt für mehrere Kochfeld-Typen. Dem Typenschild auf der Vorderseite dieser Ge- brauchsanweisung können Sie entnehmen, welchen Kochfeld-Typ Sie erworben haben.

    1. Bedienung 1.1 Ihr neues Kochfeld mit Touch-Control-Bedienung Diese Anleitung gilt für den Typ SE 2631 TC. 1.2 Touch-Control-Bedienfeld Nach dem Anlegen der Versorgungsspannung (Netzanschluss) erfolgt zuerst ein Selbst-Test der Steuerung, der durch einen kurzen Signalton abgeschlossen wird.   • Page 36 Ankochstoß Kochzone durch die Kochzonentaste taste betätigen und die Kochstufe 9 wählen. Danach mit der Plustaste Ankochstoß einschalten. Die Kochstufenanzeige wechselt während der Ankochzeit ständig zwischen dem Zeichen „A“ (Ankochstoß) und der eingestellten Kochstufe. Jetzt kann man die gewünschte Fortkochstufe von 1–8 wäh- len.

    2. Worauf Sie achten müssen 2.1 Einige Tipps zu den Töpfen Verwenden Sie nur Töpfe und Pfannen mit festen, ebenen und möglichst dicken Böden. Dies gilt besonders für das Garen bei hohen Temperaturen, z.B. Frittieren. Unebene Böden verlängern die Garzeiten und erhöhen den Energieverbrauch.

    3. Reinigung und Pflege Reinigen Sie das abgekühlte Kochfeld nach jeder Benutzung. Selbst geringe Verschmutzungen brennen beim nächsten Einschalten fest. Verwenden Sie nur die empfohlenen Reinigungsmittel. Stahlwolle, Putzschwämme und pulver- förmige Mittel erzeugen Kratzer. Backofenspray ist nicht geeignet, da es ag- gressiv ist und die Kochfläche angreift.

    4. Montage 4.1 Arbeitsplattenausschnitt Alle Ausschnittsarbeiten an Möbel und Arbeitsplatte vor dem Ein- setzen der Geräte durchführen und die Späne entfernen. Die Maße des Arbeitsplattenausschnittes sind aus der Maßzeichnung zu entnehmen (Abb. 1+2). Die Schnittflächen sollen mit einem wasserabweisendem Schutzan- strich versiegelt werden.

    4.3 Elektrischer Anschluss (Anschlusswerte) (Anschlusswerte und Modellbezeichnung: siehe Vorderseite der Gebrauchsanleitung) Der elektrische Anschluss muss von einem konzessionierten Fachmann ausgeführt werden, der sich dabei von dem ordnungsgemäßen Einbau entsprechend den gesetzlich anerkannten Vorschriften (Deutschland VDE, Öster- reich ÖVE, Schweiz SEV usw.) überzeugen muss. Es ist besonders darauf zu achten, dass diese Vorschriften und die des örtlichen Elektrizitäts-Versorgungsunternehmens vollständig eingehalten werden.

    2. Puntos a tener en cuenta 2.1 Algunos consejos relativos a los recipientes Utilizar únicamente recipientes y sartenes con un fondo resistente, liso y, a ser posible, grueso. Esto se aplica particularmente al cocinar a altas temperaturas, p.ej. al freír. Fondos no lisos prolongan los tiempos de cocción y aumentan el consumo de energía.
