    WARNING possible hand injury, do not loosen or tighten the chuck by using the power of the drill. SITE-LIGHT™ (Model 6265 only) Your tool is also equipped with a Site-Light™ for better visibility during operation (Fig. 2). When the tool is plugged in, the light will turn on automatically when the user grips the handle and covers the sensor.

Page 8 USING THE LEVEL: Place drill bit where hole is to be drilled, position drill so the bubble in the level is centered between the lines, then start drilling the hole, once the bit has entered the workpiece check from time to time to be sure the bit is maintaining the horizontal position.
  • Page 9 Use a “back-up” block of wood for work that is likely to splinter, such as thin materials. You will drill a cleaner hole if you ease up on the pressure just before the bit breaks through the wood. Then complete the hole from the back side.
