SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
PRECAUTIONS REGARDING MAINTENANCE, INSPECTION,
AND PARTS REPLACEMENT
■Be sure to set the power
switch on the equipment to the
OFF position before doing
maintenance or inspection
inside the equipment or

replacing its parts.
Failure to observe this can cause
electric shock or equipment failure.
■Do not touch the terminal
block during maintenance or
inspection. If it is necessary to
touch the terminal block, set the
power switch on the equipment

■Do not touch the detector
pipe when high temperature
liquid is flowing in the detector
pipe. The detector pipe also
gets hot from the flowing liquid.
