Patient Telemonitoring Instructions
A screen similar to the following appears with a Transmission Successful message at the bottom after the
transmission has been made:
Touch the screen or press the back button. The Vitals Now/Home screen appears.
Education
If your care provider has programmed educational content for you regarding your health condition, this
information will automatically play at the end or your vital signs acquisition. You can go back at any time
to re-listen to the educational information by selecting the Education icon on the Home screen of your
monitor. Your clinician may also allow you to see a list of questions about general health topics in the
menu of education, even if you have no scheduled questions..
