Call Waiting with Options

This feature gives you more options for Caller ID on Call Waiting (Visual Call Waiting). At
the touch of a button, you can ask the waiting caller to hold, send the caller to your voice
mail service or have a conference with both first and second callers. You may be required
to subscribe to a voice mail service, Call Waiting and Call Waiting with Options to use
these features. Not all features are available in all areas. Check with your local telephone
company for details.

Selecting an option

When you receive a call waiting signal, you may see the
caller's name/number in the display.
Press MENU for a list of options.

Press the or enter a number (1–7) to select an
option.

2 Tell Busy
3 Take Message

Press SELECT/SCAN.
A confirmation screen appears.
Talk
Call Holding
Message
Pre-recorded message asks 2nd caller to hold
Pre-recorded message tells 2nd caller you are busy
Asks 2nd caller to leave a voice message
Disconnects the first caller and answers the 2nd
Starts a 3-way conference call with both callers
Disconnects 1st caller
Disconnects 2nd caller
