Kettle Read the operating instructions carefully before using the appliance for the first time and preserve this booklet for later reference. Pass the manual on to whomsoever might acquire the appliance at a la- ter date. Intended use This appliance is intended for the boiling-up of water in domestic households. -

Warning First remove the plug from the wall power socket before you lift the kettle from the base 3. This avoids the risk that any water splashing out could come into contact with live electrical connections in the base 3, which could cause a short circuit. -
