Paper Retainer Operation

The paper retainer holds down the paper stack in the delivery tray to prevent the stack from moving when the leading edge of
the next paper is delivered to the delivery tray.
The paper retainer's home position is detected by the paper hold HP sensor (PS8).
The paddle motor (M10) drives the paper retainer to hold down the paper stack.
