If the keyboard and mouse are not working, place them in pairing mode. Pairing: Re-plug the USB wireless receiver into the USB port of the computer, then press the Connect button of the keyboard and mouse. Wait 30 seconds, if the mouse or keyboard still does not work, keep trying.
