Acknowledging/deactivating a Gener-
al Alarm
If the Support Technician configured the alarm feature
for your extension, it will ring whenever there is an
alarm condition on the HiPath 1100.
Answer the call to acknowledge that the alarm was de-
tected. If the alarm call is not acknowledged, a new at-
tempt at a call will be made (as programmed) and the
extension will ring again.
Required:The display shows "CALL: RLA CHK..." and
your telephone will ring three times (three short beeps)
at 4-second intervals.
Lift the handset.

Press this key. The LED turns on.
Replace the handset.
or
Press this key. The LED turns off.

Deactivating a General Alarm

If an alarm system has been activated, in addition to the
alarm signal, it can be deactivated.

Enter the code for deactivating a general alarm.

Enter the access code (default is 31994).

Alarm clock

The Alarm Clock allows you to program an extension to
send the user a reminder at a specific time, at fixed
time intervals or cyclically.
To use this feature you must specify and store the time
when the reminders alerts should be sent. Time alerts
can be set for:
Daily reminders
Daily except weekends
A reminder after a specified period of time
A reminder for a specific date
